We have dedicated over 5 years to develop, improve, and strengthen the services and support that are offered through this organization.
The Re-Discover ME program is strategically designed for women and teen girls who are (or have been) affected by abuse, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
Our goal is to assist each person with our services to the best of our abilities.
Our hope is that we continue to be able to offer a helping hand to each woman in her journey to discover the "ME" she wants to be.
A Word from the Founder
Changing Mentally to Grow Physically
Mental Elevation involves transforming the emotional and intellectual mindset, while activating
inner healing of a woman or teen girl.
As a Speaker, Dr. Juanita McDonald offers a much needed service at every event she attends by providing education, bringing awareness, sharing inspiration, and giving encouragement to women and teen girls of every background.
1 in 3 women (30%) are impacted by some form of abuse which may cause forms of trauma and mental health desperation.
Through the programs and services of Re-Discover ME,
a survivor can begin learning the tools and techniques needed in managing her healing, thereby inspiring her
to rediscover the “ME” she strives to be.
